Shipping policy
Made to order products are shipped globally.
Preorder products shipped from Queensland Australia.
In most cases, products will be sent with tracking available via AusPost.
Please note, once the orders have been shipped we have no control over the performance of our shipping partners and cannot make any guarantee as to when deliveries will arrive.
We do not take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
For late or missing parcels, we reserve the right to lodge an investigation with our shipping provider. Investigations can take up to twenty business days.
We do NOT give refunds for lost shipping. In every case we will do all we can to track down your lost item. To speed along the process, please use your supplied AusPost tracking number to open a dispute with AusPost. This will potentially speed along your case.
Standard Preorder Shipping: Usually arrives in 2 - 5 business days after dispatch. The cost varies, however, this will be provided at no charge for orders of $200 or more (domestic orders only).
International and Made to Order Shipping orders are dispatched once a week and take approx 10-14 days to arrive after dispatch. Shipping price varies depending on the weight of your order and where it is being sent. Price will be calculated at cart. All taxes are inclusive of this price.

Important Information for UK Customers
When ordering from Fan Wear Co., please be aware of UK customs regulations:
- Orders valued over £135 (excluding shipping): You may be required to pay VAT (typically 20%), customs duty (up to 12% for fight wear), and a handling fee (£8–12) upon delivery. These charges are collected by UK customs or your courier after the order clears customs, often via a payment request before release.
- Orders valued £135 or less: VAT (20%) may apply and should be included at checkout where possible. If not, customs may still charge it on arrival, along with a handling fee.
These fees are set by UK law and are the buyer’s responsibility. For more details, visit gov.uk/import-goods. We recommend tracking your order and preparing for possible additional costs to ensure a smooth delivery.

INTERNATIONAL Order Exchanges/Returns:
Please note that we will not cover shipping fees for exchanges to international countries. Once we receive your exchange request, we will invoice you for the shipping total that would need to paid before we ship the exchange back out to you. Returns accepted, shipping non-refundable
INTERNATIONAL Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
